Returns & Refunds Policy
At Momshopee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that certain products, such as personal care items, baby hygiene products, and gift cards, are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.
To initiate a return, email us at momshopeestore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and a shipping address. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a wrong or defective item.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. For late or missing refunds, we recommend checking with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
